Marquette Elopement Couples Session

Post-Wedding Elopement Session in Marquette, MI.

Gosh, this is just one of those sessions that will never fail to make my heart feel warm. When planning their wedding, one of the most important things to Sarah & Nadir was incorporating things that felt the most true to them. And that’s how we ended up with this magical post-wedding elopement session!

Ever since their first camping trip together, Sarah & Nadir have LOVED the UP (and who can blame them!? Marquette is AMAZING) and they really wanted to incorporate the black rocks into their Marquette elopement couples session. Well life has its way of throwing curveballs at you, and when we showed up to the park it was CLOSED. But Sarah & Nadir were ready to roll with the punches lookin like movie stars in their elopement gear (in a dress she DYED HERSELF I might add like WOW) and we ventured on to another one of my favorite local spots!

We took these photos at one of my favorite local trails (and it’s also my dog’s favorite place in the world) but Marquette has a TON of incredible trails for you to explore!

One of my favorite parts about adventure sessions is the scouting process, where we find awesome locations like this for us to explore and get some incredible photos of you in! The UP has some seriously amazing spots for us to uncover!

Everything about this day and these two is just magic and I wish I could relive this Marquette elopement couples session over and over! Congratulations to Sarah & Nadir!! ✨
