Upper Peninsula Elopement in Marquette, Michigan.
For being only halfway through the year, 2020 has brought with it some big changes. One of the biggest being the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. So many people's wedding days were forced to change, Aubrey & Jake's being one of them. But even though this wasn't their original plan, they ended up with a day that felt even more intentional & true to their relationship. Scroll down to see some of my favorite highlights from their intimate upper peninsula elopement!
Aubrey & Jake's day started out with lots of sun, warm weather, a little bit of whiskey, and a big bottle of Barefoot hahah. It was so awesome to see them be able to actually enjoy their morning while they got ready!
They held their ceremony at a place we discovered together for their engagement session, a beautiful beach in the sun just outside of the city! This is one of my absolute FAVORITE locations in Marquette (especially for an upper peninsula elopement) and it was so beyond perfect for their intimate wedding.
Being able to see the story unfold between these two has been so incredible! I just feel so truly honored & so so lucky to be able to work with such sweet souls like Aubrey, Jake, & their families. Congratulations to these two!!
