Where should we send your final images?
If you're putting on your dress/tux at a different venue than where you had hair and makeup done.
Will there be a first look? *
Traditional, Casual, Catholic Mass, Special Performances, Doves Flying, etc.
Rice, Bubbles, Drive Away in a Car, etc.
Will there be a Receiving Line? *
When planning a receiving line, please consider the number of guests you may have as well as your timing! In our experience, receiving lines can take double or triple the time allotted and may take away from your scheduled photography time. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns you would like to discuss!
Please list any special events, traditions, or non-traditional moments we should be aware of!
*Does not apply to weddings 6 hours or under. For all 6+ hour weddings, please let us know the best way to go about getting our dinners! It is highly recommended that you ask your caterer to serve our dinners at the same time as you. It helps immensely if we are finished when you are, especially if you want to sneak away for a sunset session!
Please copy and paste your detailed timeline here or e-mail it to me directly at This is SUPER important!! If you need assistance with your timeline to maximize photography time, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Please consider your package coverage when selecting an arrival time!
When coverage ends
If there are two locations for preparation, please let us know asap, as two stops will have to be made before arrival. This means we will have to account for that time and arrival times may be delayed!

**We do not guarantee photos, but will make it a priority to capture the shots listed below!**
**SUPER IMPORTANT!** Please use this area to list each family grouping (using names/relationship to you) that you would like during your family formals time. This list will help immensely to make things go very smoothly and keep everyone organized. We will use this list to call out each group of family members to get them ready for their photo. We recommend making two lists for each side of the family. Remember, having someone in a group photo is the best way to guarantee a photograph of them at your wedding!
